# Actief opvangplan raadplegen

Om het **actief opvangplan** van je kind te raadplegen, ga je als volgt te werk:

* Klik links op **_Mijn gegevens_**.
* Klik op **_Kindfiches_**.
* Open de kindfiche door op de **naam** van je kind te klikken.
* Klik bovenaan het tweede tabblad **_Opvangplannen_**.

Wens je **aanpassingen** door te voeren? Neem contact op met de opvang of dienst. Zij kunnen het opvangplan aanpassen. Je vindt het aangepast opvangplan dan ook terug in de kindfiche.
